GovFlix: AI search and AI-powered chatbot

GovFlix demonstrated the future of government digital experiences, combining AI personalisation, semantic search, and conversational support. Designed to respond to user behaviour and interests, it delivers tailored content that feels relevant and engaging.

At its heart was a curated library of video content organised with taxonomy and enhanced with AI-driven recommendations, so users can quickly find the most relevant material.

Semantic search engine
Unlike traditional keyword search, GovFlix used concept-driven semantic search powered by a vector database. It understands the meaning behind queries and matches them with concepts in the content, delivering results that better match user intent.

AI chatbot
GovFlix featured a conversational chatbot capable of synthesising information from multiple content sources to answer questions clearly and contextually. Data sovereignty is protected through full control over storage and sharing, ensuring privacy while enabling responsive, human-like assistance.

Drupal CMS AI Initiative

Morpht is proud to contribute to the Drupal CMS AI Initiative, sponsoring the development of the Drupal AI Views Agent. This feature allows users to create and configure Drupal Views using plain language. Powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and the Drupal AI Agent framework, it interprets natural language commands and translates them into Views configurations, making content querying faster, easier, and more accessible.

Augmentor Module

Developed by Morpht in 2022, the Augmentor module redefines the editor experience by embedding AI capabilities directly into Drupal. It integrates with services such as GPT-3, ChatGPT, NLP Cloud, and Google Vision, enabling editors to:

• Automatically generate teasers, summaries, and ad copy.
• Intelligently assign categories and taxonomy terms to improve workflows and personalisation.
