Hello!
I am thrilled to announce that I have joined Morpht as Head of Product and Marketing. I am excited to dive in and lend my experience to the team.
Morpht’s owners, Murray and Marji, have been trusted colleagues of mine for years in the Drupal community. In our conversations over the years, they have always impressed me with their appetite for experimentation with emerging technology, their opinions about the direction of Drupal as a technology and a community, and their determination to deliver clear and measurable results for customers.
They also have an awesome team, with an amazing collection of skills, and a long list of loyal and thriving clients. Happy long-term customers are obviously a great indicator of a healthy and dynamic agency. When our discussions led to the talk of us working together, it was a no-brainer for me.
I have spent the last decade working with customers of all shapes and sizes at Pantheon, from their very first days. As an early member of the leadership team, I helped build the product, support, and services that I remain immensely proud of. Just as importantly, I helped craft the messaging, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy that helped us become a global company. My belief is that with these skills, Morpht can help our clients achieve goals above and beyond their wildest expectations.
My role will be to lead the strategy and execution of our product roadmap around Convivial CXP and other initiatives coming down the pipe. Morpht has deep experience in personalisation, AI (heard anything about that lately?), and other tech that has greatly improved efficiency and results for our clients, and I look forward to shipping some more new things soon. I will also lead the efforts to promote awareness, adoption, and ultimately, our customer’s success with Drupal, as well as our specific tools and services.
All in all, it’s an exciting time, and I am glad to be a part of this team. Please connect with me if you feel your organisation's web portfolio should be a little better, smarter, or faster.
